A bit surprised that the chat is still going on 
People can choose how to enjoy the game but there is a limit. They don’t need to be skilled, but Everyone must have the desire to win and will work together for this purpose. This must be the minimum requirement for people stepping into the match.
Unfortunately, Pugs often are filled with people who refuse to learn or listen or are there for all sorts of reasons except winning the game. Since long ago, Epic BG has been the lounge for casual chatting and trolling, causing ongoing conflicts with players who want to win. This is one of the reasons that fuels the demand for more Premades and starts the vicious cycle we know today.
Critise Premade of their behaviour and demanding their change will not solve the problem. Pugs MUST reflect on themselves and change too.
Agree and some play only to troll, which is the main reason I joined Premade back then.
Like I said before, fundamentally this is a problem with system design. Premade is Not the solution and there is not much that players can help, and Blizz must step in. My friends and I had unsubscribed since Dec last year to avoid contributing to this vicious cycle. Until Blizz acts, they won’t get any support from us.
