Easiest healer?

I wanna get into healing, been thinking of shaman healing, but I dunno which class is the best introduction to healing. And are mouseovers essential? Would like to see opinions

Mouseovers are not essential, but they’re handy to use. Those miliseconds of reaction time helps.

I’ve been leveling a Druid, and it feels way easier to heal than whenever I played Shaman, but I hear people have an easier time of it in Wrath.

I hear Pally’s are pretty god mode as healers.

Also, any healing addon that indicates whenever somebody already has an incoming heal, or how much more health will be restored from hots is very helpful

It’s been too long since I last played Wrath to remember how each healer played, but I think Holy Priest is always a good choice for new healers.

It’s a pretty straightforward spec with a solid toolkit.

Mouse over macros or a healing add on are highly recommended.

I mained a resto shaman in wrath. Maining a resto druid now. I think shaman healing was easier. You had better single target heals than a druid. Your AOE heals weren’t as good though. But shamans get some pretty nifty tricks with later tier sets. If you want to heal, shaman is a nice jack of all.

Holy Priest is a good introduction. It’s the most traditional type of healing ever.

Once you go mouseover you really can’t go back. They’re just way too powerful and so much better than target healing.

Easiest healer is probably Paladin. They’re so powerful in WoTLK.

Priest. They’re the gold standard.

Disc is mad easy. Though if you’re interested in shaman healing, you should do it anyways. Look up Icyvein or WoWhead guides
and read over the stuff!

Hate to say it but whichever one you just find your groove on. My Shaman out geared by Druid going into this Xpac but I just couldn’t get that rhythm down to feel comfortable; granted I’ve been an R Druid main for a very long time.

If you have a few decently high in level with decent gear, try them all for a while.
