Easiest healer to use in arena?

I've never healed with a toon before. I'm wanting to give it a try but would like to start with the easiest one to use until i learn the ropes of healing. Is there a general consensuses. It doesn't have to be the most op it could be the weakest, i just want to know the easiest. Thanks in advance.
This question is pointless. It's a matter of whos class is sitting the best. No healer class is really easy in the context of how you are asking.
Honestly, healing as disc priest seemed easier or at least more straight forward than rsham.
game isn't that difficult, just play the healer that's the most interesting to you
MW super easy to heal with. BIG HEAL BIG HEAL bam full. probs still gonna die

play rsham.
Never played healer. Disc priest. 60 games 2k cr. Schism + dark + penance + solace someone died.
DISC just do dmg an win
The short answer is always going to be, "whichever healer is part of the strongest comp."

Ignoring that, I don't think any are any easier than the others. It kind of depends on what aspects of healing you, personally, might find difficult. So my scrub level opinion on each spec...

Easy things about hpal: Strong CDs gives you easy buttons to keep someone alive.
Hard things about hpal: Reliance on said CDs means you absolutely need to rotate them properly, because without them, your overall healing isn't super strong.

Easy things about rdruid: Plenty of your healing is instant cast. Bear form gives you an easy answer to getting trained.
Hard things about rdruid: Very proactive healer. HoTs are very weak at catching teammates up, so you need to be predicting where damage will be. Bear form doesn't save you from stun swaps, so again, you need to be predicting swaps.

Easy things about rsham: Very reactive healer. Lots of direct healing that gets stronger the lower your target is.
Hard things about rsham: Lots of utility which requires good awareness (shear, grounding, tremor)

Easy things about MW: Very reactive healer. Huge throughput.
Hard things about MW: Requires the most hard casting. Weakness to stun swaps and getting CC'd means they generally require the most positional awareness, made even more demanding by way of the crane and understanding when you should and shouldn't be moving in.

Easy things about disc: Two schools of healing makes interrupts less of a problem. When factoring in party marcos, focus macros, arena123 macros, etc...I find disc to have the least keybinds (but I'll admit, could just be me).
Hard things about disc: Learning when to go offensive and when not to. Their best comps are generally "setup" comps, which require you to be actively involved in offensive play. Probably the most active when it comes to targeting (having to constantly change between directly healing teammates and damaging enemies).
i just wasn't saying the easiest to win with just the easiest to play, so maybe the one with the least amount of keybinds.
Hello friend, I suggest you play the healer that sounds the most fun to you

I personally prefer disc over other healers, but I mainly play with a rogue and hunter so that has a lot to do with my choice.

In terms of keybinds, disc has the pleasure of being able to make macroes to help with dealing damage and weaving shields/healing into your rotation.

Macroes make it simple, you can cast smite/schism/penance/solace/shadowfiend at your target’s target and what not. I personally also have a separate keybind for penancing myself/shielding myself.

Hope this helps with your decision, good luck
The short answer is NONE; BLIZZARD always PENALIZES HEALERS.

Example 1:
DAMPENING; Lets reduce HEALERS ability to heal by x% even for games where one team has no healer. (2v2’s)

Why? Because people QQ’d about long games.

Result: Blizzard penalizes HEALERS.

Example 2:
MANA; A resource Healers rely on to cast heals

End result is Oom a healer and prosper; Other specs have endless resources that rebuild while in combat, Mana region while in PVP combat is practically NON Existent.
Result: Blizzard penalizes HEALERS.

Example 3:
Interrupts; Every class has a way to shut down a healer multiple times. (Garrote/rebuke/pummel/counterspell/silence/etc. etc. etc.

Do we get ANY reward for successfully juking an interrupt? No, We just waste precious time we could be Healing. Only to be interrupted/stunned/trapped/ by the next.

Result: Blizzard penalizes HEALERS.

Example 4:
Endless Nerfs/normalization - DPS insists they should be able to SOLO kill healers easily, so blizzard gives them an arsenal of ways to PENALIZE healers and help them succeed at Killing them.

My suggestion (SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION) and play a DPS, most of them have better survivability and instant NON interruptible heals and feel rewarding when you actually can kill something.

Check leaderboards, Mages/ Rogues / Rets /tankspecs & Demon Hunters all now out heal hybrids (passively) with out having to cast. Playing heals is stressful and NOT fun.

i just wasn't saying the easiest to win with just the easiest to play, so maybe the one with the least amount of keybinds.

In terms of keybinds, prob mw/hpal
The question was easiest healer, and I don't main healer so take this with a grain of salt.

MW and Rdru are probably the most straightforward for me coming from a DPS. A lot of people argue disc though with recent expansion changes.

That being said, Hpal and Rsham are the strongest healers in the current meta. MW and disc are still solid in the right comps however. Rdru is tough to pull off atm in current state, but almost always is stronger as expansion goes on.

If you wanted to quickly push up an Hpal or Rsham to be 'meta', Id say the Hpal is the easier of the two.

Ultimately I'd say play what feels good in your hands, sometimes certain specs just 'click' or vibe with you more, and changes will come. Considering what comps your friends can play or what comps you prefer to play, is another important factor. good luck
Any of them but mainly resto druid and disc priest
Spam 2-3 abilities and you win
