Frost not as easy as fire to play even though it’s better so fire would still be dominant there

probs prot pal or prot war u can get rank 1 ez with those class/specs

Prot Warrior has a PvP talent called Oppressor, that increase the % of damage a target takes with it on them by 3% and stacks up to 5 times.

I would like to see a WLX with a Prot Warrior and 9% damage increase on a target as a warlock is casting CB.

my uncle roger made a DH and got glad title on his first day at 120

and he only has one arm.

It gives 1 stack per unique player hitting it.

So in a 3s environment it is limited to 3 players x 3%
