Easiest class

What is your opinion on the easiest class? I see a lot of posts lately claiming that one class or another is faceroll or mega easy, but honestly nowadays it feels to me like no class is particularly difficult. Maybe that’s just because I haven’t played a hard class yet, idk.

Are there any classes that are considerably harder than others on a mechanical level, not just because of undertuning?

You went up 200 rating in 14 games. Who boosted you?

played with the same people I got 2400 with. We’re like 2.8 mmr.

You dont go from 2350 to 2.8mmr in 14 games. pretty sus.

Yeah we were 2.7 mmr when I hit 2.4.

I get you’re jealous because you’re a combatant in RBGer duelist clothing but can we keep the discussion relevant to the topic please?

Definitely biased but I switched to ele this expac from hpal and other specs because I wanted to feel like I earned rating, and I feel like it’s a pretty tough spec compared to others I’ve played in the past which is p much everything.

Mostly in the context of the meta is why it seems like a hard spec. Hpal cleanse the weak negating all our dmg for free every 6 sec, being the kill target 90% of the time, needing to pre wall goes cause you can’t in stun, warriors being able to intervene spell reflect a go easily, having one leg of your go ghetto stopped slows you down. Your go being super telegraphed for that matter.

Our poly isn’t spammable so it’s gotta count, skill cap with high value grounding whether it’s offensive or defensive, being in positions for tremors etc. pet management for stops

Yeah i think ele should go up there in mechanical difficulty, and as far as easiest I’m gonna say ret and mage.

Ret because you can literally win by waddling at someone the whole game, keeping yourself alive in bad positions, and getting cool downs just because you pressed freedom and hoj.

Mage because the primary downside of being a mage used to be how squishy you were and you had to actually play smart to get high value cc without trading defensive cooldowns, and now mages literally just are in melee spamming db sheep.

I’ll make another thread for this discussion

Ret pally is honestly the easiest spec I have ever played…

It’s a very easy to understand and to perform well with overall, I haven’t fully geared my pally out yet because I really do end up getting bored with the simplicity after a few games.

Sub rogues used to be one of the highest skill ceiling specs in the game, it’s a shadow of its former self as far as difficulty.

warrior hands down if your new to arena. If your already decent and want to carry people then a ww or ret is probly a good bet.

Context, since most new players will start by doing 2s I’d say ww is the easiest one. All you have to do is run at a target and do your pve rotation until it dies.

You are not limited to damage windows bc you’ll be doing about 70% more dmg than everyone else at all times.

get pwned noob woot

I feel like the only reason people are saying some classes is because of how they are currently tuned.

Ret, Frost DK, Balance, WW, DH
