I would not blame them if some decisions they make are done purely by spite. And I’ve been in spots where I’ve done that with the creative process.

At least it wasn’t another race of gnomes… but I completely agree with you OP.
We have so many better race options that would be lore friendly (or we could spin stories to make them work).

I mean for me they dint exist as a race. New gen dwarfs.
They ruined every aspect of fantasy to please everyone. They have become like amazon shows or Netflix

My dwarf hunter is actually my first alt ever and first hunter ever. Made her back in tbc when I was still on my dad’s account, since I wanted a hunter, my dad said it had to be a dwarf and I was fine with that as long as she was a girl. I have always wanted her to have a long beard. I probably won’t main her if she gets the beard option but I like keeping her for nostalgia!
I’m surprised that they all don’t come out limping at Blizzcon with how many times they shoot themselves in the foot from not taking the easy win

This isnt why i love the earthen, but its a huge perk of it.
Its awesome being in to a neutral race.
If i dont main an earthen, im tempted to make mine horde just for the fun of it.
Sand Gnomes were a myth like Mechagon. 
It’s astonishing that there are people who actually defend this cheap copy and paste stuff. Blizzard has really trained some of their players well.

Blizzard could make tons of money if they would just… you know… listen to some feedback. But no… dwarves… for the THIRD time, lol. 
I’m sure this is going to come as a shock to some people but WoW isn’t LotR.

Some of us are happy and excited for earthen.
Rock robots that eat gems and grow metal wires? Thats badass.
But if you really wish they went with high elves like people asked for…
