Unbridled Wrath comes to mind for fast Rage generation. Would it be worth pursuing?

Hmm. Why is that? Doesn’t Bloodthirst damage scale with AP?
To my knowledge something of a warrior scales based on the raw damage of the weapon. Slower weapons have higher raw damage thus you want a slower weapon.
Not to mention you are a warrior sir, you want the biggest weapons possible not some tiny tooth pick.

Pretty sure whirlwind is weapon damage, along with heroic strike for those moments you get too much rage. Daggers would be awful for both of those.

you lose WW/Cleave damage and gain heroic strike damage (rage permitting)

Ahhhh. So I guess it’s not worth losing the cleave damage for a bit more HS damage, then?
i don’t know what the best offhand speed is since prepatch but i know that a slow mainhand is the best unless you are fighting something that gives you some sort of damage multiplier like thaddius or loatheb because you’d have more rage than you could ever spend
