Try making friends and doing m+. Im not in an LFG group to make friends and hold hands. Im in there for loot, period. If you want camaraderie join a guild
Its called m+. No one, NO ONE, wants to struggle in leveling content. Thats what 5 iterations of classic is for
there’s no dopamine in heroic dungeons. that’s probably one of the factors ppl just wanna rush through asap. understandable.
Leveling dungeons are faceroll to many players. When these players start playing Mythic+, they start to slow down… some even use CC when they find the group weak against a harder content. If you hadn’t see this is becoz you keep playing lowbie faceroll dungeons. Man up and play with the Big boys on harder content.
To be fair, people immediately started AoEing down entire rooms in that too.
cc was rare in wotlk cata only had to be used at the start of the expansion for the first like two weeks before blizzard caved and nerfed dungeon trash
It’s almost like they created a way for people to enjoy the dungeons at a leisurely pace for those that want to take in the story content within.
There are follower dungeons now where you can choose to lead or let your companions lead.
If you have done them once? Then yeah, you are probably going to be pushing to try and get gear so you can push into heroics, and then run heroics so you can push into raiding content, etc. That’s just the nature of the beast in an MMO.
You must be badly geared. When players overgeared the dungeon like when we get Raid gear, regular dungeons becomes easier and easier til it becomes a faceroll. We start doing speedruns when it becomes a faceroll.
Ehhh another one of these posts …yah running dungeons has been like this since tbc. Have you been in a 15 year coma? All you people coming out of the wood works griping about “everyone moves so fast boohoo”, either keep up or do one of the plethora of things out there blizzard has given solo players to do. Better yet, why dont y’all get together, hold hands, and frolic through dungeons together.
Ive gotten a few good groups. Imo the Tank plays a big rols in this.
I had a tank week one do something pretty cool. A dps died in the group, and he was just waiting after the mob died, becuae ghe healer was doing nothing. He walked up to the healer and said “you going to rez him”.
Problem is you have too many people with social incompetence in random group play. There’s a lot of good people too, but often times they get overshadowed.
First time?
