Ive been sitting in queue for 30+ minues with no pop. I eventually just leave and restart it. Im lvl 73 and have yet to be able to do a dungeon. Any suggestions?

this has happened to me numerous times and even if i drop and requeue i jsut get stuck while everyone in my guild doing same reg dungeons gets in in 2 min

I have had this happen to multiple characters. So far, the best fix I have found is to run a follower dungeon, then it seems to correct after that.
Or, log out fully for 5 min, and log back in and queue,
I have had this happening since BFA.
Right now you shouldn’t be waiting more than 5 min tops
I’m not sue what causes it, but I think it’s related to phases in Zones.

got 28 min queue in a 2 min avg logged out fully will swap chars i guess for a bit

Sometimes it gets stuck for me, but normally I wait like 6-7 mins as a dps.
I’ve had it never pop as a healer and then I know something’s wrong with it lol.
Re-queuing usually helps.
But, wouldn’t be surprised if the dungeon queue system is down or something, lots of weird stuff today, Battle-Net social services were just acting up a few minutes ago, constant offline/online.
Keep the mentality of kicking the tanks that learning and do slow pulls, you have it well deserved

I can’ tconfirm this but but I think the queueing can get in a bugged state where it seems to “forget” about you until something else happens, not sure what.
I’ve been in queues for 40 minutes where the average wait time was 4 minutes. It could be that everyone is only queueing with DPS slots all filled but I kinda doubt it.
I would actually leave queue and log off. Not sure if that helps. I have two accounts so have sorta tested this where I can queue as a DPS of the same level on clients at once and I have queued on a second client and had the queue pop in a few minutes on the second when I’m still waiting 30 minutes on the first.
And that is why early access is worth it never had to wait more than 2min. Maybe coz too many people are queuing as dps and not enough heals or tanks?
is this a bug or is this tanks don’t wanna pug anymore after hearing all about having to rely on healers like a bloody crutch…?
And that’s why you should play a class that can choose 3 roles
Tank/Damage/Heal
Druid/Paladin/Monk
honestly, they should allow evoker to be a tank instead of support spec(Aug)
i tried moving to another character, and still stuck
i think its a bug
i tried to log out, run a follower dungeon, wait 40+ mins, log out and play another char for 15 mins. Nothing worked. This happened to me 2 days ago and then it went away. Today again same thing

ya trying a follower dungeon now i doubt it will work, as soon as i left our group, they queue popped for them instantly
logging, switching characters, doing a follower dungeon, none of it worked.
I was able to circumvent this on my evoker by swapping specs and queueing. Not sure how reliable that is.
