This won’t be rampant in phase 1 or possibly 2, but it will come.

I hope Blizzard puts the retail dungeon finder in TBC. I’m not talking about the one that auto forms groups and teleports you there. No no no. I’m talking about the one that is manually done. You create the details, invite the applicants and manually get to the desired location.

Yeah, it’s an amazing tool. Pretty sure everyone that’s against a dungeon finder doesn’t even have any idea how good the current one is in retail, and are falsely assuming it’s an automatic que that teleports you to the dungeon.

Having a more streamlined version of LFG alongside the world chat is ideal, that’s what TBC currently has. It has a tool that groups people together and if you have 2 people who traveled to the location, you can use the meeting stones to summon the rest of the group.
Even though I liked Dungeon Finder, I ALSO liked TBC’s looking for group feature too. I’m fine with waiting for WotLK (maybe phase 2 or 3) for Dungeon Finder tool.

Did they take out the “sticks you in a group and teleports you to the dungeon” dungeon queue at some point? 'Cause it was still there last time I logged into Modern.
So basically what TBC already has with a slightly nicer UI? That’s not what Onethyme is asking for.
Onethyme’s made a couple of these threads now and hijacked some others. He refuses to acknowledge any of the reasons put forward against auto dungeon finder. It’s trolling at this point.
Heard rumours that the (retail) mythic style dungeon finder may be implemented.
No teleport, no instance join.
Except the lfg spam won’t be an issue because, as you know, there will be a group finder tool - just not the antisocial, minimum effort, automatic one you want.
