Indeed. There’s a distinct difference between tedious and challenging.
“Hey, what did you accomplish in WoW today?”
“Well, I spent 2 hours spamming my gearscore and begging to join a group. Was told my gear sucks, my talent choices were made by a retard, and that I should just kill myself. Then finally got in a group for a 15 minute dungeon run with people I’ll never remember or think about again.”
I’m trying to remember if he’s the one I had to educate a few days ago because he thought tanks and healers got bonus rewards back in original Wrath. He might have been. Just another clueless anti-rdf troll who either didn’t play Wrath or doesn’t remember how things worked.
I spent over an hour getting into a group, then left because the tank (group leader) pulled some shinanigans, logged out and went out to my garage, logged back in around 20 minutes i found another group (with someone that was in the earlier group that seemingly fell apart), did HoL then logged off and played another game.
At a certain point they just kinda blend together as a generic ‘anti-rdf troll’. Bloomer and Redhead and now this guy. Or maybe he’s one of their alts. They’ve used several, especially Red.
LOL, well yeah that too. Especially on a megaserver. It might as well be cross-realm already. Everyone is a stranger. Pardo was right in 2009: the true community are your friends and guildies. Which obviously you can still group with for RDF.
Even with several thousand, I dont know what Blizzard expected with this “server community” narrative they pushed. Its where they were absolutely 100% wrong and the playerbase was right. The community is guilds. Its a no brainer.
Says the one liner contrarian that never explains or refutes anything as the facts of the matter are explained to them in detail who then gets mad and hurls insults then wants to talk about people hurling insults.
I sure did.
Nailed it.
You make it so pathetically easy I dont even need to lift a finger to own you because you do it on your own with no help from me.
You guys are still talking about content difficulty being easier through RDF even though I never said that, its nowhere to be found in the discussion except where you strawman it in there, I even produce all the quotes and you still wanna talk about it like you’re proving something other than you cant read or argue. Just
Yeah I was actually the guy that brought that up. Except I said,
As retail progressed with RDF aka after Wrath. Who are you educating again when you cant even read and cant make a single point without strawman’ing your opponents argument?
Oh yea, fyi, the fact that Blizz did eventually give tanks extra loot to do DF because they werent queuing is proof that RDF didnt work like you say it does - which is really just you saying it works but not how.
So yeah, a lone 4 boss raid in 12 months whereas Blizzard was getting significant content updates out every few months from the time vanilla launched up until the last year of Wrath.
If you want to conclude there was no content drought because we got a small raid in the middle of the year thats fine by me.
I think its okay if I call it a drought because there was never a year before that where we only got one minor content update and nothing else.
Im sure the contrarian in you is raring to disagree for no good reason but I think you could sit this one out.
Unfortunately I cannot raise it above very mediocre with the “talent” Im forced to work with so please get rebuffed and ready for the next pull with my most humble of apologies.
