Dungeon deserter needs to be removed from the game

and THAT is the million dollar question. lol.
how does a GM confirm that an abuse happened? HOw long should he spend on each complaint?
Easier just to make it harder to abuse players with and see what happens…maybe it works…maybe it needs more tweaking.

that way they can keep it hands off, but still possibly reduce player abuse.

Whatever helps you sleep at night.

This does not exist in the vote kick system.

Welcome to Earth, where people rarely admit to being at fault when they complain about other’s responses to their behavior.

It sounds like you want to make it harder to remove toxic people from groups so that you yourself can be toxic in groups with little to no consequences for doing so

You’re right. We need to take accountability for being removed from a dungeon. I realize it was my transmog. Thankfully I had a quick 30 minutes to come up with something new. Now I gotta Que up again and find out if this one pleases my party members.

This is progress, we like that

And how could any game company (especially one that has the player number Blizzard games have) employ enough people to:

  • immediately respond to a vote kick
  • check the logs to see if the reasons provided were accurate or sufficient to warrant it
  • almost as immediately refuse the vote kick and hope that the same people would not put through another vote kick when they were able to do so.

How many employees would they need to have that on ever server across the game for every dungeon? And if problematic players knew that those employees were there, how many of those players would cause delibate issues to the equivalent of a DDOS to screw up the system?

I may be a pessimist but that seems like a glass-half-empty scenario as far as pessimism/optimism goes.

Its a 15 minute debuff. Go do something else while you wait. holy hell, dude.

yeah…son…it does…lmao…and that you say it doesnt is an admission that YOU abuse other players with it then blame blizzard garbage hands off policies about it

and 23 post alt…YOU AINT worth my time tonite, trying to get around ignores lmao

byebye

No one has to try to get around ignores with you, you still talk to people on your ignore list

It’s insane that somebody can be so full of themselves that they can think this. These are the kinds of people that think vote kicking is being abused en masse.

wut?
its 30 minutes…and its almost an HOUR by the time you wait for a run…get kicked after a few minutes then wait ANOTHER 15 minutes in queue again.

math is hard, I get it

Stick around, it gets better

I’m glad we can finally agree on what true justice looks like. Now I know that if I get kicked because I’m an orc, all I have to do is pay for a race change.

I just hope I can get that done in a quick 30 minute window though.

Blizz can see chat logs , and battle logs to see if someone isn’t fulfilling their roles. People are kicking just because they find it fun or because they don’t like someones mog ect. that’s abusing the system.

None of what you listed is abusing the system as of this moment.

You can, doesn’t take long to do a race change. You’d probably even have enough time to reflect on why you really got kicked and maybe look up a guide on how to play your class or think about how you need to treat people better in groups.

That’s a very solid point. And if there is no reason, I can just make one up and pretend like one actually existed to justify it.

There is. Just might take some brain power to figure it out.
