Yes, attempting to deduce what you are talking about in all of your posts has lowered my IQ from 80 to 79

Who is complaining? You are the one who stated that people didn’t like you and that you don’t care about other people.

I just pointed out that this type of person with this kind of attitude in a community based game is a negative thing.

Actually we just have to bring the problem to the attention of blizzard devs. They’ll discuss and make a decision. So I really appreciate your help.

This is barely possible though. How are you going to lower something that is already close to the lowest human possible…

I’m sure the issue was brought to their attention when they decided not to add it into vanilla classic, I don’t see what has changed…

The problem with the pally seal was brought to their attention in BC but wasn’t added until wrath but it was added in BC classic. The problem of multiboxers was discussed in the forums since vanilla but wasn’t dealt with until Classic. The problem with drums was discussed in BC but wasn’t changed until wrath but it was changed in BC classic. No one knows what blizzard will do but they have announced they are considering changes in BC and they did ask for player feedback on changes players might want. Your idea that no changes is still an option is obviously wrong. Please reply, I’d like to see this thread get over 1k responses.

You’re referencing things that have to do with class mechanics / professions / programs used to multibox. 150% flying speed was added in wrath, they launched tbcc with 60%. Leather working Change was to prevent everyone having to be a leather worker, paladin change was to not force people to faction change for a spell.

None of them are even close to adding dual specialization imho.

If blizz adds it than that’s great, I’ll utilize it. But I will voice my opinion in regard to them adding it or not.

The current talents are not a “problem”… you just don’t like the way it works lmfao no one is forcing you to respec on a daily basis, no one is forcing you to optimize your specialization for the content you are doing.

Why do we even have talents? Why doesn’t blizzard just give everyone optimized talents for their role whenever they enter a new type of content?

You are free to ask for any change you want. Blizzard has a forum the maintain for that very purpose. And they have announced that BC was going to have “some changes” and they did ask for feedback. If you get sufficient support you might get the changes you want

You can try to convince blizzard to add that feature. I’d rather have dual spec so I’ll work to get that.

No.

Dual-spec is not a quality of life change. It is a major change to the game. If you want dual-spec, WoW Classic and WoW TBC are just not for you. Wait until Wrath, or play Retail.

I do not want this at all. I’m sure there are many others as well.

I also don’t understand why so many on these forums are asking for a feature in a game that they KNOW going into the game isn’t available. It’s like going into a pizzeria and complaining they don’t serve hamburgers. They’re not supposed to sell hamburgers. They are exactly what they say they are: a pizzeria.

Entering Burning Crusade and asking for a feature that wasn’t in the game - and a major one at that (more on that below) - is flat out ridiculous and defeats the core, foundational reason this version of the game was re-released: to play that game as it was, not as you wish it would be,

Having one spec forces you to make hard choices. Those choices affect gameplay, and those choices carry pros AND cons. Dual-spec is all pro, no cons. It immediately makes the player base more homogenous, giving every player access to double the amount of abilities they’d normally have.

That is a massive, massive shift in game design, balance, and, above all, player identity. Classic identity is tied to the choices one makes in building their character, from gear to talents to professions. Dual-spec dilutes that.

And lastly: dual spec was not part of this version of the game. So I fundamentally don’t understand why I keep seeing players asking for this to be added. Garrisons don’t exist. Mission tables don’t exist. Neither should dual-spec.

I’m not a supporter of dual speccing for reasons I’ve already stated but I don’t believe it is appropriate or conducive to effective discussion to make it personal with people taking the opposite view.

Pointytusks is right in this comment to point out that whether you like her or him is completely irrelevant to the discussion. We’d have a better discussion all around if we stuck to discussing the content of the arguments rather than the person making it.

Both parties should cool it down and focus on the actual points.

Oh, I don’t either. But that guy isn’t here to have an effective discussion, he just wants to troll. Just turning it back at him.

An as i said i long ago stopped worrying about people who dont like me. Life is much happier when you worry less about other peoples uninformed opinions and carry on with what you think is right

Its fine.

He think i should cave into his opinions because people may not like me.

yup not gonna happen

SoB wasnt available in TBC original, yet Alliance got it, pandoras box is wide open now.
