It introduces a variable to efficiency towards TBC content that never existed.
People can have two specs to approach raiding with, and the last thing we need is raiding to be more efficient in an expansion where content is dying several times easier/quicker than it used to. For example people can have trash clearing specs, or tanks/healers can have DPS specs. It makes raiding easier than it already is. People can of course respec now for the same result but nobody does that because of the gold/time obstacle and is forced to reconcile with the roles that everybody has already chosen a vast majority of the time.
It relieves TBC of one of it’s only effective gold sinks in an environment where, post-dailies, gold economy is massively inflated compared to original TBC, and dual spec only makes it even worse . People already went in to TBC with hundreds of thousands of gold more than they did originally, removing dual spec simply destroys one of the last meaningful ways to peck away at those gold stockpiles.
It actually removes a reason for people to be out in the world, further deadening the feel of the server.
If you’ve no need to farm, you’ve no need to log on for any other reason than raiding or arena/bg (which I suspect is pretty much why people want dual spec, so they can do this without ever needing to support that style of play with their own resources, dual spec is essentially the perfect raid logging tool).
Please point to the #nochanges argument.
Don’t veer off to some other topic, about something tangential.
Literally, right this moment, point out which of these arguments are #nochanges . If you do anything else other than respond to this easy question, you’re a fraud.

So the implication here is you’re admitted that zipzo has in fact given reasons in the past, you’ve seen them, stated your objection to them, and then continually pretend like they never happened.
Why don’t you just honestly respond with
“I still don’t agree with your personal reasons”
Rather than blatantly lie when you say

Still waiting for an answer as to why dual spec would be bad in TBC Classic.
Oh sorry, an answer that isn’t easily debunked.
Another reason dual spec shouldn’t be implemented is because it’s a half-measure to a better, more refined feature.
If anything, it should be retail spec that gets implemented (or tri-spec), if this were actually going to happen.
Things aren’t debunked just because you say they are, genius. Learn some humility and realize you aren’t the arbiter of argument wrong-ness or right-ness.
No they aren’t, would you like to explain in detail why dual spec would be bad in TBC again, so we can discuss it again?

How many times you gonna make me quote it?
Right so you don’t have anything new. Lack of dual spec doesn’t actually make people play more, they simply don’t play at all.
In fairness to him since he’s such a troll he might be mostly blind from living so long in the darkness of his cave.
And the evidence for this issss…where?
Remember that time you started on about how dual spec will help the bottom line, but couldn’t really back that up?
Does that count as easily debunked?

Everyone in this thread who has explained exactly that?
Well there isn’t infinite arguments, Ziryus.
We can’t always provide a brand new one for you every time you ask at your leisure because you failed to “debunk” the previous one.
You’re just going to have to live with continuing to actually counter the ones already presented, because I’ve yet to see you offer anything substantial that actually addresses the concerns convincingly.
So you dont actually have any evidence. Ill put on my surprised face.
I guess that means youre #allchanges and want this game to be retail and are just using dual specs as a gateway drug to things like LFD and LFR.
“You’re just conflating dual spec with more major changes!”
I was okay with the drums change. Almost approved of it really. I guess that means I should be fine with dual specs too otherwise Im a hypocrite or something.

Yeah, same, I was alright with the feral energy change, the drums change, and the bosses having unnerfed mechanics change.
I guess I’m a hypocrite too.

So explain the actual problem with dual spec.

My ctrl+v getting a work-out today.
There’s nothing inherently wrong with dual spec. It just doesnt belong in TBC. You said it yourself its not necessary or essential - that means it doesnt need to be in, right?
