The only people bringing up no changes is the pro dual spec crowd because its obvious they got nothing else no matter how dumb and inaccurate it is. Anyone with a clue has moved on from this because being against dual specs in an expansion where they dont belong doesnt mean youre no changes.

I am also bad at pvp but I enjoy the challenge and gameplay.
Dual spec was added to address this issue with pvp and pve specs. The issue is currently present in tbc classic and pvp participation is very low and falling. Pvp’ers have to pay a premium to play the content they enjoy that pve players don’t have to deal with.
Blizz knew this back in og tbc when they said we know it’s an issue but it doesn’t affect the majority of people so we don’t really care.
They knew it when they changed their minds and added dual spec into the game.
Only on this forum can you post a direct quote where the meaning cant be misconstrued and have people tell you thats not what it says.

The “premium” is for doing both. Players who want to dedicate themselves to PvP only don’t have to worry about respeccing.
I think it makes sense based on the advantage that PvE items can sometimes give you in PvP.
