I don’t want people picking a tank or healer so they can get loot faster…
I want players to pick their FAVORITE class regardless of it’s in game performance. That’s exactly the kind of player behavior that the gold tax promotes.
I mean, they did already do a few changes and said in that same blue post that if there was enough demand, a few more smaller changes that don’t radically alter the feel of the original game weren’t off the table.
Duel spec is probably off the table, but cheaper respecs is absolutely in-line with the changes they’re already doing. So who knows.

So they pay bots (and you apparently) to do it for them.
I know the ramification you speak of and to be honest with you, Blizzard if they’re gonna scum up Classic, they’re going to do it with or without Dual Spec. Whether or not we have access to dual spec’s convenience was never a factor. Dual spec is not the “gateway drug” you fearmongers all think it is. If Blizzard wants the WoW token in vanilla they’re gonna put the wow token in vanilla, and it most assuredly wont be dual spec’s fault.

Dual spec isn’t a small change but everyone able to hit rank 14 is a small change?
Everyone being able to be Grand Marshal/High Warlord is arguably a bigger deal than Dual Spec. Not even my opinion it’s just straight fact.

It’s not that we can’t play it without dual-spec. It would just be a nice change because I wouldn’t have to sit in my meta spec without paying 100g to go back and forth.
