Due to the fact Maul is qued. Is there a macro that keeps it in que?
For example I wanted to put Maul with lacerate, swipe and mangle.
I’m not sure… but I guess once it’s in queue, it stays there. Like, if I press my maul button after pressing it, it doesn’t stop it from happening.
Presumably you could just macro Maul into each of the other buttons so all you have to do is spam that (or bind it to your mousewheel, lulz) and away you go.
It would be pretty easy to test…

Give it a shot on a target dummy and see what happens 
I know you will hear from many sources to just macro maul into everything, but I do not recommend it. Its a good way to get yourself rage starved. Even against a raid boss you will have avoidance streaks where you build very little rage.
Just bind it to something easy to reach and keep track of your rage.
