I have my dalaran hearthstone, I have my dreamwalk ability, I have access to world quests and I have completed the Weapons of Legend quest according to Wowhead. (I havent played this druid in months and decided to pick her up before SL)
However I dont have any artifact weapons in my bags or bank - I used the search function as well - and I dont have any quests or anything to start. I’ve been wracking my brain for hours trying to solve this.
My best guess would be that you abandoned your first artifact quest chain before getting the weapon. That would mean that the available quest is out in the world somewhere, and having an “in progress” artifact quest would prevent the questgivers in the Dreamgrove from letting you select another weapon to pursue. If I’m thinking through this correctly, it would explain why you’re marked as having done Weapons of Legend, don’t have an artifact, and don’t have any available quests in the Dreamgrove.
Do you remember what spec you used when you were leveling this character? That would help narrow down the search. We can take a look at each weapon questline, and figure out what quests aren’t completed.
I was doing Feral because on my original druid I had unlocked the Mage Tower appearance and wanted to make a second feral druid on Alliance (this character)
Ok, the first thing I would do is make sure that there’s nothing in your quest log already. I think it would be under the category “Druid Campaign,” but I’d go through your whole log and make sure you recognize everything.
Check wowhead and see if you’ve completed the quests “The Shrine in Peril” and “The Fangs of Ashamane.” Head to Val’sharah (73,42) and see if Delandros Shimmermoon is there with a quest for you.
Aha! So the quest “Shrine in Peril” wasn’t showing up on my world map, but as soon as I flew to the coordinates you posted it popped up on my minimap. Ugh thank you Q__Q <3
