This is it, folks. I’m facing a problem that’s making me consider quitting WoW. I play as a druid, and I love the versatility of playing as a melee/range DPS, Tank, and Healer, and that’s exactly what I do.
The problem occurs between the Feral and Guardian specializations.
When I finish organizing my action bars with macros and abilities in one specialization, switching to the other leaves the action bars the same as the previous spec. If I reorganize the bars for the new spec, when I switch back, the bars still have the setup of the last spec I organized. This makes it impossible to play, especially when entering instances, as I don’t have time to reorganize my action bars every time I switch specs.
I’ve tried everything: uninstalled all addons, used Bartender, reinstalled WoW, but nothing has worked. Can anyone please help me or offer a solution to this problem?

This is almost certainly 100% addon related. Disabling addons does not necessarily fix addon related issues. Have you tried a UI reset? Temporarily rename the interface/WTF folders, and delete cache. (Renaming instead of deleting those two will let you restore them if resetting doesn’t fix the issue.)
In the 19 years I’ve been playing this game, I’ve never seen anything like that happen. Action bars are always saved, they’re not stored client side.

Hey, same issue. My spells and missing when i either switch specs and or enter an instance, it’s driving me insane having to reset everything in place!
im experiencing this too as a Priest going from shadow to holy in dungeons.
I was doing Rookery norm and bars were fine up until we dropped down the tunnel during trash clear I leveled and boom all my bars went dyslexic on me. I had to heal out of my spell book.

Hi all, i had the same problem and it was incredibly annoying!! all you have to do is click on Default Loadout in bottom left hand corner on loadout screen and make an entire new loadout. Be sure to take a screenshot etc of your loadout so you know how you want it setup. That’s how i fixed it 
Yes this is happening to me too. When i switch specs or enter dungeons. The game clears the spells of the action bars because it doesn’t match the spec.
Going from Discipline to Shadow or vice versa. It will overlap my spells and erase half my action bars.
Not using any addons that alter action bars. No bartender. Only DBM and WeakAuras atm. Seriously considering quitting if this isn’t fixed.
I can’t keep replacing my action bars every time I go into an instance or swap specs. Absolutely untenable.
If it’s still happening after a Full UI Reset (where, once complete, there are zero addons installed), then it needs to be posted in the Bug Report forum or via the in-game bug report feature.
