Dropping out of High School to become a WoW Pro, should I do it?

Before anyone says anything, hi my name is Tony and im 15 and i’ve been really thinking about dropping out of my high school to do what Xaryu or Pikaboo does. I have watched all these guys play the game for hours and hours on end, I even am a Tier 3 sub to both of their twitch streams and actively donate to them so they can shoutout my twitch channel. anyways, i really wanted to know if I can make a living being a pro wow player?

I tried to tell my parents and my mom started crying, and I dont know why? I just really want to follow my dreams of being the best wow player.

all my friends are into fortnite and stuff but ive never been that good at games like that.

ok but what about piakboo and xaryu? these guys are making millions of dollars from this game, and I think asmongold too right? im thinking that would pay off a lot more than going to school.

Do it!
You know you want it…

ya do it.

lol

100% yes do it right now

I showed my mom this thread and she won’t stop crying at all the people telling me to do it, I don’t understand why my parents are such blow hards about this.

Did Steve Jobs family do the same to him when he told them his dream?

I need to move out.

Name checks out

Also on the <1% chance this is real, you have to decide for yourself. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks.

Xaryu posted a vid recently of him talking about his experience when he decided to do what you’re talking about that was actually kind of touching. Mind you, he was in college and I believe got his degree. Same with Pika.

Yes - there is a ton of money in it.

Please post the Shia Laboeuf one I can’t post links

So this is obvious troll but can’t help to think that too many kids do believe this.

If my son was one of the best players in the world, I would say go for it and we will homeschool. But to make it you have to be good, … not good, you have to be exceptional. You don’t “make it” because you want to. You make it because you have the god given talent and you work harder then all the other people with the same talent level.

I this was real you would post on your main to show us you are worthy, and for all the free advertising it would bring to your channel. If you are good enough, I will drop a follow. If you are exceptional, I would sub… but we all know you are neither.

I can’t post on my main because I don’t want people harassing me in game, but you sound like a really toxic person.

I’m trying to make something with my life and you try to put me down? Shame on you.

I hope a 226 RBG player gate keeps your alt from 1.4k

finish high school dummy. at least get a diploma.

You are saying that you want to be like pikaboo and xaryu. Let me ask you this. Do you have the same level of skills? When you turn 18 How will you live if you cant afford rent, food, internet on your own, or do you expect your parents to pay for all of that? Even Mac Donald’s requires you to have a high school degree or whatever is called in the US. Your mom and dad only want what´s best for you, and they probably know that pro gaming is not a reliable job or source of income. If you really want to be a WoW pro then you should at least finish high school and get a job then you can do whatever you want.
I hope you are just trolling.
