What you are describing is either a Bug, or an intentional Developer decision. Neither of which Support can assist with. CS can’t fix bugs and does not work with the game developers. Very different parts of the company 
Bug Reports are handled by QA and fixed when the Devs decide to fix them. You would initiate a bug report by posting on the Bug Report forum, or using the in-game bug report tool. They don’t give personal responses or give a time frame of when something might be fixed though.
