I can’t get the achievement Dream of the Aspects to trigger on my Shaman. All the gear slots are at least 476, both rings, both trinks, both weapons, The achievement simply won’t trigger. I am not at cap or anything, I just don’t have the option to trade Wyrm for Aspecst and when I mouse over the FoS (I got it on my druid) it shows I have not completed it with the shaman. I submitted a ticket and they sent me here because the achievement trigger cannot be fixed by game masters. Help me please 
Edit: I have also uninstall all the addons and reset the UI to default.
It’s hard to triage when we can’t see your gear (since you didn’t post on the affected character or name it).
Agree with this. We need to see the affected character.
OP, since you mentioned shaman, the likely culprit is a third weapon. Enhancement can dual-wield, and as a result you have to get two one-handers up to 476 in addition to a shield or off-hand.

I’ve posted my armory link. I’ve also swapped to Enhance and trieds with 2 weaps and it did not work
Have you upgraded a shield or offhand to 476? Simply equipping them doesn’t change anything, as the system is already aware of what your highest level is in every slot that must be qualified.

Hmmm yeah, then I don’t actually know. I heard a rumbling a couple weeks ago that certain crafted items may not count, but they are supposed to count because they consume crests to upgrade in lieu of spending them individually on the slot.
I thought this too so I upgraded a random heroic neck to 476 thinking it might be my torc and still nothing 
I’d do the same with a ring if you can find one, just in case. If you end up spending Wyrm crests at any point cycling through slots, then that was the buggy slot lol.
EDIT: I do see you have Dreaming of the Aspects on that character’s Armory profile, so maybe also double-check to see whether the achievement pane says you’ve earned it on that character or only another one.
I wish I could share the screen shot. When I mouse over on my feat of strenght, i get a red text that says “Not completed by Siami”. I checked my other character that has 476 on every slot and they DO have the trading option. My Shaman it’s obviously bugged but the GM said they can’t do anything and to just get here. Not sure what the next step is. OH! the difference with my other 2 characters is that the shaman is horde, the other 2 are alliance.
I would still try another ring to be sure.
The feat of strength is character specific and shouldn’t even show up unless you have it completed.
They have it on another character, presumably a main, and it will still appear once completed but with the mouseover caveat “Not completed by [current character]. Completed by: [actual character]”.
I don’t know how accurate this is across the board, but wowhead commenters have posted scripts to run to see what the game is counting for each individual slot. Maybe you can take a look and see if you can identify which one is not flagging properly?

Also since a number of achievements are currently borked, have you checked at the exchange vendor to see if you can purchase aspect crests with wyrm crests in case it’s just the achievement progress that isn’t displaying?
If more people have been reporting this, I don’t feel so bad about my comment on the other post a few weeks back. I am almost certain at least one of the crafted items wasn’t counting last season toward the upgrade discounts and I had assumed they all were excluded since it’s the only one I really had to check against.
This is how it displays on my alts, as well.

I have run this now and this is what i get:

As you can see there are 3 things marked as under 476 BUT I have a main hand and off hand above the 476. I also used to have a staff that was 476 which i changed for the current weapon and shield. I also swapped specs to make sure to equip 2 476 and 480 weps. Still not triggering.
It’s been this way since achievements were implemented in the Wrath pre-patch. 
Yeah honestly if anything is buggy it’s gotta be in the ring slot. I haven’t looted a neck above 470 on either of my characters who have Dreaming of the Aspects because they’ve been wearing Elemental Lariat since season 1.
