Belt slot seems to be the culprit here. Are you able to upgrade it with any aspect crests or is it a champion track piece? You have 476 but it only thinks 470, super bizarre.

Didn’t even see my belt 
. it’s a hero 4/6 atm. I’ll upgrade that next and see if that does it but the next level is aspects

Yeah just hoping it bumps it up from 470 to 480 as the recorded ilvl in the slot. Should pop the achievement if so.
if you have conquest you can just buy and upgrade a pvp belt
I just figured it out! You are wearing a leather belt on a shaman! You need to have a mail one upgraded to flag the achievement.

you’re losing more intellect from the 5% armor passive than you actually gain from that entire belt

Idk, why did it allow me to need it in raid? it’s a mistery but it’s fixed now
I think you must have greeded it and there were no need/transmog rolls in the raid, so you won the greed roll. I won a heroic cloth belt on this character last week and have collected a handful of unwanted warglaives on characters that can’t equip them due to this lol. But I’m glad the problem is solved!

Well, came back to review how this resolved and I’m glad the issue was found. I didn’t even think to look at the armor class on the profile, haha.
