When I logged in today, my Dread Hatchling pet appears to have been removed from my account. I can’t summon it, and its icon is grayed out as though it’s uncollected. However, it still appears in the list of collected pets and shows its level and stats. I’m not sure what happened to put it into this weird limbo state, but is there a way to restore it?

Did u transfer accounts that mite be one cause another fix would be to try a full UI reset
Maybe kind of obvious, but I have to ask… Is he alive? I don’t think you can summon dead pets. Try using the Revive Battle Pets and see if that helps.

I still have the achivements for receiving both the mount and the pet from 2014. I have a ticket pending, who knows how long it will be before I get a reply.
Mine is also showing as revoked, and it’s the same for everyone else I’ve spoken with.

Yup, mine’s been revoked as well. Never x-ferred accounts or anything as well.

same here. also I’ve never done anything like transferred accounts or anything and I know I had it a few days ago because I used leveling stones on it. also the mount still works because that was the first thing I checked when I noticed it was revoked.

Interesting i have the achievement but the pet it greyed out not revoked tho.
I created a post in the bug forums feel free to chime in there.
Also for troubleshooting 101 I did a full UI reset by logging out and exiting launcher and deleting WTF/cache/interface folders and no change.
On a side note I doubt a ticket would do anything if its a bug a GM wouldnt be able to fix it other then confirm its a known issue.
Well, at least if it’s a widespread issue then I can expect it to hopefully get fixed for everyone at once. Good to know it’s not just me, at least.
Interesting, after all of these reports, I just went and checked mine and it says “revoked” and is greyed out. I’ve never transferred servers, my pets are healed… obviously a bug of some sort.
It’s better to add your voice to the Bug Report on this. QA doesn’t take bug reports from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs are not liaisons with them. Customer Support is not able to fix the bug.

Submitted a bug ticket, but adding my voice to this. It came up yesterday as removed in my Livestock notes. When I checked the pet window, same as everyone. Greyed out, can’t be summoned. Feat of stength is still there. Mine does not say revoked.
I can confirm that I am having the same issue with the pet being “locked” even though I’ve had the pet for a long time and have used it in a pet battle.
Mine’s missing too, but it says ‘battle pet is locked’, I still have the mount that came with the collector’s edition though. I tried sending a ticket and they just sent a generic response to look at support articles, which I already had done and tried all the suggested fixes already.

Same as everyone else. I have the achievement (10/22/14) and the Dread Hatchling is greyed out and unable to be summoned. With the Rematch addon enabled it shows as “Revoked” like the screenshot shared earlier in this thread.
The Dread Raven mount works still.
