It shouldn’t be a debate if you should be doing this or not to get more staffs, that’s the point. Just make them even across the board or just make it personal look at that point if the goal is to get as many people as possible. Otherwise revert it back to normal.

The fact is that the acquisition rate for 10-man should not have been buffed to 75% of the 25-man rate.

I don’t disagree, loot should be upped to 3 in 10 man.
And since the point is to remove friction the drops should be changed to personal then everyone can get their staff at the same time 10 or 25 man.
Or better yet dont allow legendarys to be made in 10man raids!!!
Or 25 mans, really legendaries should just be a solo quest line.
That would fix the issue once and for all.
no it would just cause other issues if you had your entire raid roster of 13 catsers in a 25man raid group making the staff and geting it at one time it would be a massive jump in dps the very next week. This would also have other effects in less important areas such as pvp
Why is that a problem? The top guilds will clear week one without any staffs anyways.

It’ll be amusing if it exposes how few people genuinely like 25 mans.
But I’m expecting that the massive loot advantage 25 mans have overall pretty much ensures people will keep doing them.

This change MAKES NO SENSE.
EVERY caster in a 10M could have a staff on week 12… but not even half the casters in a 25M will have one?
10M will be giving them to alts and healers… wtf…

Very reminiscent of giving BiS gear to OS / Third specs in a very generous amount of time, but we never asked questions.
I will maintain that I am an advocate for fun. I want everyone to feel rewarded for spending any time on this for-fun server. But where is the honesty where people only cause for concern when it effects 25 man.
There’s like 1 dude on this forum who is one of the best players in the game (any server) who advocates for both 10 and 25. The rest of the roaches only came out after it effected them

We’re debating whether the fifth staff should go to feral or enhance 
exactly this is why it is stupid!!! The 10man players are happy while the 25man get forgetten. Blizzard thinks this is fair when its not 10man should be 2.5 times slower then 25man.

I agree 10 man should be getting 1 staff every 2 weeks or so like 25 mans are instead of every 3-4 weeks.
It would have been better if 10mans didnt even get the staffs at all since 10man is the easy way
So 25 man shouldn’t the staffs either since they’re just as easy, got it.

Because our raid group is 25 people. We don’t want to do splits, we want to do the content as intended.
