If it’s the same person starting invites to your raid each week, change it up. Lock out IDs are unique to that person. And they probably opened a ticket at some point just to chastise Blizzard about some silly change or issue and got put on the list.
I decided after T5 came out that the quest for DST was cancer.
We just had 2 quit the game RIP
It dropped on my Mage again. My mage’s Gruul kill #1 and #3 both dropped DST. Warrior 0/30+. Mage 2/3. 
RNG sucks our guild has 10 DSTs now.
Its the rare drop on the loot table what do you expect? This is why chasing BiS guides isn’t good for the game.
Warr not need DUST, haste attack for wimpy rogue hand slaps. WARR NEED ARMOR PEN!! ZUG ZUG!!!
I feel like there is an algorithm with drop rates. the more people than can use something, that item seems less likely to drop.
I’ve done Gruul’s Lair 3 times, DST dropped twice. I have no used for it
My raid team has seen 1. My druids raid team has seen 6. Rng sucks.
Were are at a 1/39 drop rate.

Our guild got our last one tonight (for mains). No more Gruul’s Lair!
I know people get obsessed with “BiS,” but DST is really not much better than Bloodlust Brooch, Empty Mug of Direbrew, Madness of the Betrayer, or Tsunami Talisman. Get two of the latter and you’re probably not going to notice the difference. They are all great trinkets.

That’s the best part about the “BiS chasers”.
Few of us players are actually good enough to get that 1-3% dps increase the sims show. For most of us trinkets 3 and 7 will put us at the same performance as trinkets 1 and 2… gear only goes so far. The best gear in the game won’t save us if we herp when we needed to derp.

The Herp e Derp is my favorite combo…
I ended up getting it helping an old guild fill their raid (I had given up on getting it) when I wasn’t doing grull anymore with my guild.
They had another hunter slated for it in the raid but he DCed during the fight and I was the only other viable person to give it to.
A ticket was opened to try and give it to him, but blizzard said no and I got it.
It kind of is. My biggest upgrade left in the game.
Our raid has gotten 14 and I’m waiting on our 15th for threat purposes.
We had the same luck with Drake Fang Talisman in BWL too.
