Dragonriding, so fun I want to smash my keyboard

Dragon riding so fun until you hit a mountain better yet a twig and disconnect.

I’m laughing at everyone whining and crying about Dragonriding. Its easy and fun and I love it, and we all know Blizzard wont change a single thing about until 10.2 at the absolute earliest.

I’m enjoying it while it lasts before the whiners and complainers ruin it. I hope they never make regular flying available in the Isles.

Gain altitude. Tilt you camera slightly down so you maintain speed, look at you’re map why you’re flying. Frankly I’m not sure if I should even take you seriously these complaints are so comically nonsensical. Part of me just thinks you’re trolling.

If we didn’t have dragonriding we would be stuck to ground mounts and walking for over a year. How can you act like the argument is dragonriding VS flying when it’s really dragonriding VS walking…?

Old flying at the beginning of an expansion was never an option.

Super Mario Bros is so bad, it’s fun until I reach this part where there’s a pit. You just can’t jump across, you die every time. I tried everything!

Sorry for you

SEE SEE that’s the problem a lot of players are getting infuriated with, we shouldn’t have to WAIT to get higher in altitude, we should just simply be able to fly higher. than use the vigor to perform the aerial maneuvers. When a bird wants to get higher, it looks up, and flaps its wings to push itself higher, it doesnt land, and wait for stamina, or walk up to a higher vantage point to start flying, IT JUST FLIES.

maybe im alone, but the sense of being on the ground made the world feel bigger and more explorative at the start of expansions. having to complete base content to unlock the ability to fly is perfectly fine in my books.

Press 2 from the ground and keep pressing it every time you start to lose speed, congratulation now you are able to fly forever. You only need the first 3 talents to be able to maintain flying for a long time.

Cant believe people are actually so bad, they think dragonflight is worse than regular flying.

I didnt say FLY FOrEVER, i said to GAIN ALTITUDE, you can only do that so many times until you’re just left with no vigor. Yes if you just want to get in the air, and fly around the zones, you can do that indefinitly, but to continually gain altitude, than maintain it while flying isnt as easy, as you need to dive, aka, go lower in altitude, to gain speed, otherwise to accelerate in speed after achieving a really high altitude, without already going to a higher vantage point to start from, you need more vigor. The problem isnt maintaining flight, its achieving a really high altitude and being able to continue flying for long periods of time.

Even a bird has to build up their stamina and learn.

You dont need to dive, you only need to aim low enough to get the blue aura so you actually gaining vigor and just spam 2.

Go and play classic then

Or just accept there is a challenge and a learning curve for yourself and come back later once you know how to fly.

I think it’s great fun and have all the glyphs collected. It wasn’t even difficult, but I think it should be more difficult.

You mean air swimming.

The whole integrity of the game and an expansion selling feature? You’re asking them to pull the ripcord already on a system 4 days into the expansion.

Retail andys cry so fkn much lol

I agree 10000000% it so frustrating. I took the time to go gather all the glyphs, Had to be the most frustrating thing I have ever done in wow. Almost 3 hours later and I still hate it but I hate it more now.

Now that I collected all the stupid glyphs I would like my regular mounts back Please.

This.

DF came very naturally to me. But I have dealt with motion sickness in other games, and it makes progression impossible.

If they could make people who agree have a 2 minute debuff to fly using the old mounts, that would be about equal. Most folks are only flying their dragon flying mount for a minute at most, if that, with glyphs being unattainable if you are on one of those mounts.

It’s enough to get you up a cliff, back to town, etc.
