Dragonrider Racing World Quest Ohn'Ahran Plains bugged?

so after maintenance, new week cycle for wow, same ol broken crap. Did the 2 Dragonrider Racing world quests in Ohn’Ahran plains and both of them did not reward me with the Dragon Racer’s Purse. Did it on 2 chars and both didnt get jackpoo. Is this intentional, even though the quest says that it rewards you with it? Is it just me? anyone else have this prob?

I have noticed last week we got 1 purse and 10 dreamsurge coalescence.
but this week it gives no purse but 20 Dreamsurge coalescence.
I was very annoyed I decided to check the 10.2 ptr, the Dreamsurge is the exact same place and it has the exact same world quests on live servers.
but on the ptr I was surprised to find out it works normally and rewards 10 Dreamsurge coalescence and a purse.
