Sorry if this has been asked before, I am looking to get a full refund. I tried multiple fixes over the past several days, none of them working and allowing me to play, and I am not just going to eat a $70 some dollar loss and $15 dollar subscription for a product that is broken for me and refuses to install.
Blizzard makes it impossible to find a number to deal with an actual human, and the ticketing process seems to have nothing specific to this issue.
Are you saying the game hasn’t been patching for you? The game has had Dragonflight content included for at least three weeks now-- there’s no additional installation after you purchase the expansion, it just flags your account to unlock it the next time you play. If you’ve been playing the game at all since the pre-patch content, DF is installed for you.
Everyone plays on the same game build regardless of their license level.
Are you getting an error when trying to install? There shouldn’t be any kind of install needed at this time to play, if you have the game installed you have DF installed.
There hasn’t been a number for several years due to player misuse and just better ways to streamline things.
Because the majority of people are playing just fine without any issue. Have you tried posting to the Techincal Support forum? Without knowing the specific error or issue you’re facing, here are some places to start:
I had a friend ask me to come back to the game, I have tried to troubleshoot . I completely uninstalled WOW when I quit last time. Honestly I have no idea why I keep letting me drag me back into wow with promises of “it is fixed and fun now” when I have not enjoyed the game since WOLK (yes I know that it is up on classic, but I dont want to play classic).
I was told that the game feels and plays more like RIFT now which is what dragged me back, but I have so many bad experieces with toxic people that I don’t care if I play or not, and I am honestly past the point of what I am willing to invest in time to troubleshoot and get this running.
It gets stuck on “updating” and never goes past despite saying that it has the max number of files 200some k / 200 some k.
At this point I don’t even care about it running at all, I just want my money back, so if someone can direct me into how to get this refunded, instead of troubleshooting it would be most appreciated.
