Rating is indicative of skill but only if you assume I’ve ever cared about my rating relative to other people

It’s kind of hard to speculate when we don’t know what kind of changes they might make to overall pacing, like if we’re back to bfa, sticking with shadowlands or somewhere in between.

Like, if things are fast then it’d be still that kills or saves, but if matches are prone to dragging on then it could be a little more reliable to just find whatever can churn out raw numbers.

At the end of the day I imagine most specs will be fine but everybody will just reroll the latest 1-shot gimmick, like Night Fae Assa rogue because that’ll net them a high amount of wins until a certain threshold at which people know how to deal with it.
