Dragonflight Season 4 Dungeon Changes Ahead

I absolutely love these changes.

Do you have a link? Iā€™ve heard speculation that it would be the DF dungeons, but havenā€™t seen anything

They told us already S4 would be a return to DF dungeons. I just wonder if theyā€™ll yank Doti or keep it.

Dungeons with teeth be scary for average mythic+ runner.

Need more SBG/CoS/AD/BRH I guess.

I really picked the best time to quit Classic. DF is going to go down as the expansion that set up a new glory age for retail

Out of curiosity, what is it about these changes you dislike? Since as someone who doesnā€™t appear to touch timed or higher pressure content Iā€™d have assumed they were directed at players like you.

This is boring though. Nothing for M+ or Raids???

This was the big secret?

Not that it matters since +10 is +20, so if you couldnā€™t do +20s before, you canā€™t do em now.

Sure do!

In modern World of Warcraft , youā€™re going to see three more content updates for Dragonflight arriving before World of Warcraft: The War Within releases next year. In these updates, weā€™ll be wrapping up the story for this expansion and laying the foundation for our next one. Dragonflight Season 4 will revisit Dragonflightā€™s dungeons and raids, along with outdoor content, featuring updated rewards, and a few new twists. Then, in the Spring/Summer, weā€™ll ask for your feedback when the War Within expansion alpha and beta tests drop. We will continue to communicate details, dates, and more goodness as we get closer to content updates, just like this year! Well, most of it anyway (weā€™ll have some surprises in store too!). Coming up next in January, we have the Seeds of Renewal content update on tap and weā€™re currently keeping an eye on your feedback on the live public test realms (PTR) for this update.

Good change for a player like myself that stopped doing m+ back in BFA.

m0 will be good enough for me.

I hope more people can understand this. This is a GREAT change for people who donā€™t like M+, donā€™t like the timers and stress. Itā€™s a good change.

Also, delete affixes please. They add no value.

that would work now but isnā€™t going to be a good move when the new expansion hits.

Itā€™s wholly the 40 minute timers. Neltharus, AV and Nokhud is brutal

Will the former 4x Mythic Dungeons Weekly include Heroic dungeon difficulty from S4 on?

Love it! Iā€™ve always hated the timer aspect. Glad to see that going away at the lower levels.

Are they going to cut the gear track upgrades in half too to balance it out with the key level cutting?

casual players are not running current 20s, which is what the new 10s will be tuned like.

truly casual players will have a challenge getting into the timed content at all, in my opinion. if they are not already used to playing timed content, it will be a shock.

I think there should be timers for lower content, but really really long so that they are meaningless but they get shorter and shorter until they get to the actual timed content. it should be a gradient, not a cliff.

This is because when the weekly involving doing 4 Mythics for a free piece of Heroic Raid gear, people just 1 Tank+ 4 DPS Ruby Life Pools and finish 4 in less than 30 minutes isnā€™t it? Now you wonā€™t be able to do that and it will be more difficult to get it done unless youā€™re in a guild (and even then, part of a clique that does Mythics).

These changes are good, it will bring life back into Heroic dungeons, and therefor queued content.

It already includes Heroic.
Edit: Nevermind, I thought you meant the vault.

Yeah, the Dungeon event needs to be adjusted to include Heroic.

One immediate thing I notice is that heroic mode gear wonā€™t be Veteran - I really think this needs to be bumped up or the gear from Heroic dungeons will basically be worthless
