Everything is on farm already. There’s no challenge. Even with a 30% health buff Naxx is a joke.
It’s fun content. It brings back a lot of old memories, but going week after week slamming Naxx is going to get old fast. In just 2-3 more weeks it will start to tank out.
The other content isn’t that great. The Eye of Eternity is just as I remember it. An awkward vehicle game. It’s not really that fun either. Obsidian Sanctum is okay… Vault is a boring tank and spank. It’s barely even content.
Plus the minmaxing seems to be the only way people occupy themselves, but the content isn’t hard enough to warrant all the obsession over boosting stats. And its SO HARD to get away from that. Everyone got full pre-bis for Naxx, and now everyone is trying to get full BIS from Naxx, but these old raids weren’t designed to require all this.
I doubt you even need to farm Naxx the entire tier to be ready to slam on Ulduar.
Heroic+ is a good idea, but again if you are farming raids you don’t need to bother.
Ulduar was remembered as that harder tier that made all the Wrath babies cry, but by today’s standards its not going to be much harder than normal mode raiding (or easier).
And don’t get me wrong here… Wrath is a great expansion, but a bunch of people on my roster are going to get bored and leave and my 25 man raid is going to shrink to 10, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to recruit replacements.
People make fun of retail, and it has flaws, but it does have a real challenge, and a reason to minmax because the content scales far better.
I’m not at all convinced that DF is interesting enough to maintain its player base. Sure its new and a few weeks people will have df on farm. Shadowlands was stupid easy. Leveling was done in like a day and maybe another day or two of gearing. CN was an easy ckear as well. Besides the last boss not one boss was even remotely hard. Peopke eill bounce between the two abd people from DF will bring others to wotlkc.
Another insecure meta slave trying to prove something that no one cares about. Playing a meta class in a 15 years old game and complaining that there is no challenge is so funny. Wait are you saying that real unknown new content is more challenging than 15 years old content ? No &$@& Sherlock .
In time DF will also be a logger game too. both games are set up to be done in 2-3 days a week and then you switch them out.

or like me an attention span that says 3-4 days is enough. Lets…play the other. Rogue had my attention since friday. I will enjoy the waggle of my retail paladin for a night or 2 as I stage her for prepatch. she has to level for 44 to whatever I feel like. prepatch has the reduced xp needed for 50 to 60. so she will 50 at least till prepatch.
DF and wrath can coexist nicely. Also I don’t think some know DF is coming with a 6 week time gated system right off the bat. they can no life it. its still…6 weeks for catalyst last that I heard.
as if ion won’t put gates in later. DF will give the downtime to play wrath for sure.
I’m looking forward to all the tourists jumping ship and taking all of their FOTM Dks and pallies with them. not to mention all the whiny little cry babies asking for RDF none stop!
Honestly DF looks great and I can’t wait… with no RDF and just how immature and toxic the classic community is, makes the experience lesser and makes WOTLK look bad as a whole… it was toxic back in the day, but in a fun way… never the way it is now, it’s like the classic andys never grew up.

why wrath will keep me. I was pleasantly surprised wintergrasp runs a bit different. classic zergs to places other than SR. Now that is new bg wise for me.
