I bought the Heroic Dragonflight. I got the mount and pet but i do not have the character boost. I have maxed characters in other servers, I still dont have my boost.
How long has it been since you purchased it. Try logging in and out a few times to see if it appears. Also, the boost is license bound, not account bound, so it will only show on the license you upgraded.

What Dragonflight Editions Include a Boost?
Dragonflight Base edition does NOT include a character boost.
A level 60 character boost is included in Dragonflight Epic and Heroic editions. If you buy the Epic edition first and then you upgrade to the Heroic edition, you do NOT receive a second boost.
Both a level 50 and a level 60 boost are included in the Complete Collection (only available if you don’t own Shadowlands).
Pre-purchasing Dragonflight Collector’s Edition will not grant you the in-game goodies or the boost until you receive your box and you claim the code within the box.
I Purchased the Correct Edition, Still no Boost
If you cannot see the boost on your character selection screen, check the following:
- Visit your Transaction History and verify the order status is Complete.
- If you have multiple World of Warcraft accounts on your Battle.net account, make sure you log in to the account you upgraded to Dragonflight. You can only use the character boost on the WoW account you upgraded.
- Create a level 1 character to refresh your character selection screen.
- Log into a character, then log out back to your character selection screen.
- Close the game and restart

I think they have that reversed in the article. Since Epic is top edition, you wouldn’t be upgrading it with the lesser edition.

I purchased it on Nov 10th. im not looking for a second character boost ive tried relogging making a lvl 1 to refresh the screen and tried closing the game and restarting it. I bought the USD69.99 version not the 89.99. im just trying to get my boost.
It can take a little time for the boost to become available once the purchase has been completed. You may need to give it a few hours, then try logging out and back in.

Its been days
i helped my mom buy the expansion, 89.99+tax.
She got all the rewards except the 60 boost…
Apparently she had a shadowlands boost available already…(lvl50boost) (but never bought shadowlands according to her anyway) So we used that 50 boost on one of her chars… thought maybe only 1 boost would show up at a time. Nope.
so i had to open a ticket… but it was a super pain, since they want to you just relog, make a char… relog… all these steps and nothing worked for her.
She’s super mad lol… sooo hopefully the ticket works out and not some dude telling us to redo the steps we’ve already done.
It worked fine on my account. just not hers.
Boosts arent always instant and she would have 2 boosts if it hadnt shown up in 24hrs she needs to open a problem with purchase ticket u cant open on on her behalf.
well i was sitting infront of her pc, and showed her how to open the ticket and what to look for if they respond.
but thanks for the tip… hopefully it’ll show up within 24hours. =)
Thats different i only mention it because blizzard will only deal with the account holder. Im sure it will show the the server hiccups are probably causing some issues.

you have to wait. they doing something in the new world. can’t do the new dungeon yet. but it is early. it will show up soon to unlock.
Yes. A missing boost would need a “problem with purchase” ticket.
