This also makes Wrathion the Alliance pick and Sabellion the Horde pick in that rivalry.
I’m glad you see this too.
Horde was favorited from Cata to WoD. That’s 3/10 if vanilla is included. It wouldn’t be as much a problem if this were balanced.

Horde favoritism ended by the time Cataclysm was over. MoP was all about Varian. WoD about the AU Draenei. The Orcs were the villains. And Legion was about Velen going home to Argus. There has been no Horde involvement in the greater lore for over 10 years. Learn your lore.
The greater whole of MoP is the Horde solidifying its values and saving itself from both the inside and outside, culminating in Siege Of Orgrimmar. The Alliance perspective is dealing with something that started in the Horde and having Varian’s High King arc as a subplot.
The Alliance and Horde plots are better balanced in WoD, but it’s really an extension of the Horde confirming its values. The Iron Horde is what the Horde had been, literally coming from the past to haunt Azeroth, something that they fight against. It’s a bow that ties off the Garrosh trilogy.
It wasn’t. Yrel had the final moment of the end cinematic. Durotan and Grommash died offscreen. It was an alliance only addon. Full spot.
The fact that the alliance was allowed to siege Orgrimmar and gained the title “Hordebreaker” shows just how much alliance bias Blizzard has. You are priviliged. Accept that and help the Horde community to dismantle it so that the story can be fair again.
That didn’t happen until BFA.
It happened nontheless. THe major protagonists of the Orc story are dead. All of them. Meanwhile Yrel is doing fine after she subjugated all of Draenor under her heel. When was the last time a Horde aligned group had such a huge success? Stop shifting the goal post and realize that alliance bias is the core problem of the entire lore.
I’m the only other person in this thread who brought up Alliance favoritism.
Alliance characters get spotlight and survive. Horde characters get killed off en masse. That is the biggest problem of the Horde story. There is not a single character left you could have fun rooting for.
Just because it’s funny and sooo true
Jokes and Flirts Added for Dracthyr Evokers in Dragonflight - Wowhead News
One of the jokes makes fun of people for wanting Worgen tails.
LOL I think this is lowkey confirmation from Blizzard that they have no intention of adding tails to Worgen.
Ehh, Anduin was one of Wrathion’s first true friends.
Does Wowhead enjoy making stuff up?

They make money from getting clicks. So yeah.
Thank heavens for the ignore feature.
Khadgars sassy servant is making a comeback in DF! Yay!
Sabellian title: Paragon of the Obsidian Brood
Wrathion title: Agent of the Black Prince
I like the first one better. If they’re trying to make Sabellian vs. Wrathion into Bhelen vs. Harrowmont, they actually need to give Sabellian some downsides.
Only one of these characters has a unique model and is on the loading screen art, and it’s not Sabellian. It’s really obvious how their competition’s going to end.
I’m just glad you can earn rep with both on one character. I don’t have it in me to level alts anymore.
Eh. Wrathion is going to be the more prominent character. That’s without question. Whether or not he will actually end up the Aspect is possibly in doubt, though I am still inclined to think he will. It would certainly be more interesting for Wrathion to be more prominent but not actually the Aspect, imo.
I’m very tired of all the main characters being heads of government.
