It doesn’t (yet) compare live vs ptr, but it has a list of everything. I’m fairly confident in it, but I think one or two need updated (NE female eyes maybe? That stuff is weirdly locked to scars).
Until it’s on live servers, do not ever expect things. Blizzard makes hundreds of promises they never keep. What we’re seeing already is all we’ll ever get unless we keep pushing for more.

If your feel dwarves got shafted, make a thread and give feedback.
But consider that you also have piercings, facial piercings, eye color choice, and tattoos that you can choose the color of. If you’re not seeing everything else you got, take off the blinders you’re wearing.
Someone on the ptr customization thread gave the idea of fully crystallized horns. I, and many others, though that was an awesome idea. But it’s so awesome that… it prob won’t ever happen. I’d be shocked if it did.
What if one of the broken horns grew back crystalline? We’d have half and half.
Just some fun ideas to throw out there.

This is the lesson people need to take away from Blizzard and their dev cycle. We need to push and keep pushing for the things we want.
Yeah I didn’t see any customizations I would use for Draenei. Its worse for Lightforged Draenei though, they have so few options.
In the Dressing Room, Draenei eyes are bugged so… maybe theres hope for more eye colors? Seems like a W.I.P to me.
I just feel like with the little options given to the lightforged, they could have just been absorbed to their main race counterpart or used as customization options for regular draenei. They have such few classes they can be, too. It just feels like they were an afterthought.
I do believe that lightforged have the best horn options, though. Even with the new draenei ones. Lightforged still win, imo. And that cute gem on the tail cuff.

I like the regular draenei better. I was going to change cleowyn to a lightforged but couldn’t do it.
I only like two horn options for the regular draenei and I’ve been using them for years. I always thought Yrels horns were amazing. I was so happy lightforged got them.
Now regular draenei will have them… but they are ginormous.
I dunno, I guess I’m a sucker for the pointy horns of the lightforged. I dunno how to describe it. They also have more definition, right? Like little raised bits on the tops of them?
I agree that space goats need more customization love. I really like the eye color/ blind/ and broken/damaged horn ideas.
That’s on Wowhead tho, and their stuff is ripped from the files with a proprietary program.
On the PTR itself they look perfectly fine.
I know this would probably take a lot of time, but I’ve always wanted the hairstyles to be across all races. They’re not new, but they sure would give a variety to everyone, especially if they’d make hair color multi-racial. Humans got (I think) one new hair color? I want something funky for once 
I have so many draenei that I have one of each horn style, except the handlebar one (not the one you’re using, the straight one) cause I think it looks silly, lol.
I’d really like to see a no-tendril option for females.
Yeah they only added an option to make them bigger and I’m like… why? It looks awful tbh.
I wish more people understood this. The ‘it’s only _____ wait until later’ argument will never get you anything because there is no input before those times arrive!
I would also want crystal horns too! They can make them glow with holy magic or have different colored glow tints. Or perhaps runes on the horns.
