Blizzard please adjust the dracthyr racials before they are allowed to be on other classes. PvP and M+ specifically will feel like you HAVE to play dracthyr with 2 NON DR AOE CCs. Just throw some lore thing that only evoker can use both because they are thr elite or something. This is going to end badly if its not addressed.

I would think they do what they did to goblins and make it pick one but they share a CD.

Sorry but dwarf and night elf dont hold a candle to 2 aoe non dr knocks. 5 dracthyr having 10 aoe cc ontop of class cc is insane.

People who chose that playstyle will do it no matter what. Like world first being all dwarfs to cheese some aoe damage.

They should fix it. I do want it to play out first just to see the chaos. 
You guys could try to play the game for fun instead of trying to optimize the h*ll out of every last little thing. This is why WoW is dead you know.

Blizzard also can make up fake data.
But they didn’t. If you can provide evidence proving otherwise, I’d be happy to read it.
But until then, it’s okay to be wrong.
Those two racials will 100% be moved to Evokers as a class ability, with something else taking their place.
