When will Dracthyr become Death Knights?

Probably never, just like how it was said they’re unlikely to get any other class. I’m not even sure if they can be raised, but then again, Lightforged DKs.

I can’t think of a plausible reason for them that exists in the game as it stands now. Who knows what might happen in the future, but right now they make no sense.
with the dracthyr might be other classes down the line

They’ve said that it’s a definite possibility that they’ll get additional classes at a later date.
They’ve also contradicted that statement before though. Not to mention that Blizzard’s word is unreliable at best so uh… we’ll see.
I’d expect death knights to be one of the last classes added though.

Doubtful as the helm was forged into the ‘Crown of Wills’… and they weren’t around when Bolvar raided the other races as DK’s.
you know the helm was not the one item creating the dk it was made to keep the scourge in check
Yes but it was the source of Bolvar’s power… as he didn’t have the sword. (unless I’m totally off… which could be)…
it could be a learn skill lets take a look at gul’dan and chogaul
created the Gen 1 dks without the helm or sword
So what you’re saying is, we go to Shadowlands KIll the primus, steal his power, and make a NEW Helm of domination and Frostmourn, then We can make new Death Knights.

I mean he was dumb enough to get him self chained up with his own power so how hard could it be to kill him.
we could do the same thing or push him off the cliff
