I don’t really even understand why this human form exists from a sort of lore perspective. You would think Neltharion wouldn’t bother giving them shapeshifting abilities if the ability doesn’t serve an actual purpose. Dragon human forms are for blending in with society to accomplish goals ala Onyxia. Who is going to mistake that for a regular person?

I just want a more imposing dragon form. For lack of a better word, they just seem so…wimpy? Bland? Non-threatening?
I don’t want a dragon dude with blue flowers on his face, I want a rage monster with fire, flaming eyes and horns.

Dracthyr aren’t ugly. Just nothing about them inspires power or beauty or majesty.
They’re dull.

I certainly hope they can at the very least have something like Boomies have where they can glyph into staying into a humanoid version of themselves because I really like the humanoid form!
Subjective. They inspire all those things for me.
Edit: Except the dull part. I really do love this race. 
I won’t lose hope just yet. I remember during WOD when they released the new character models for a few races. I did not like them at first, but with time I learned to appreciate them. I don’t even see any faults in them anymore. And i’ve been waiting for a lizard race, so maybe I’ll turn into a happy customer after a little while.
My issue with the Dracthyr is that Blizzard used the female Worgen model for them
Because of this they look extremely feminine to me. Soft smooth curves, wide hips, narrow shoulders, lean muscle with minimal bulk etc.
I understand they want a race that looks gender neutral, but why did they only use stereotypically female features? And a female model as the base?
Couldn’t they make something new that didn’t lean too far either way?
I keep trying to remember they’re dragons but every time I look at them all I see is a female dragon shaped like a Worgen

I like those stone/gargoyles dudes in Ravendreth.
Those guys look more suited to be the dragon forms than these wimpy lizards.

I think goblins are gross and ugly so I don’t play one. I think the dracthyr look really cool and I’d like to play one always in that form.
This is such a low-IQ smoothbrain response, whether serious or trolling.
First of all, we’re all paying players here and everyone has the right to voice their opinion, whether it’s here or towards WoW’s official twitter or reddit or wherever.
Second of all, you have no authority to tell someone to not play or to not voice their opinion. If you don’t like reading other player’s feedback then don’t click on the thread, or further more reply to it. See how that works?

That’s not even mentioning that if you want to play an Evoker, you have to play a Dracthyr

Reptiles are supposed to look ugly.
All that is actually why I like them. In other games I can make male characters (the gender I prefer to play) with those characteristics, but in WoW even the slim type races have wider shoulders or more muscles than I like. I love that slender runner’s body they have going on. Er, that and I adore draconic/lizard races.
That said, I wouldn’t be opposed to other additional options for people who want thicker models. I just hope they don’t outright change it because in the years I have been playing this game Dracthyr are the first race that has made me go “Oh my gods, yes! That is exactly what I wanted to play/look like!”

They are “ugly” like the Bubble Guppies are ugly.
Lizardkin, Dragonmen are supposed to be ugly as in monstrous in some degree. The artist does Furry art.

Seems to me more people hate them than not. That’s more than just personal taste. That’s majority disliking it which is grounds for change.
