Draconic Equipment Chest (PVP chest) not purchasable even with 1400 rating in rated BGB

Calderax (PVP conquest vendor) sells a “Draconic Equipment Chest” for 375 conquest. On characters that have yet to reach 1400 PVP rating in rated PVP, there is some requirement text in red that says that you need 1400 PVP rating in any bracket to purchase the item.

I achieved >1400 rating in the new rated battleground blitz, yet I still cannot purchase this item.

This is especially frustrating because I was relying on this as a catch-up mechanism for conquest gear (as I believe it’s intended to be) since I am undergeared for PVP (in greens), but I cannot purchase the item.

still un purchaseble with 1420 rating in BGB rated. Am starting to wonder if it doesnt have to be arenas… which is nonsense if that is the case…

I’m having the same issue. It’s very frustrating because I was nearly done with all versions of this gear and now…nothing…all of a sudden. Anyone know a way around this or what to do to fix it?
