What are people using right now? It seems like diminish has been broken for a bit.

The best you’re going to get are these 2 weakauras. They work just fine, but are a little unwieldy to customize compared to an actual addon. If you’re okay with how they look off the rip, they work perfectly. If you want to edit how they look, you need a very basic level of weakaura knowledge to customize them.

They are both of course weakauras, not addons. But I couldn’t find any DR addon worth using. I wish Diminish wasn’t buggy. Even the “fixed” version of the addon has issues, rendering it not really worth using.

yeah i cant ever get diminish to work, even the modern one. iu have default ui with weakauras and it’ll still have the DRs all over the place not obeying anchors
its honestly crazy we’re 20 years in and this kind of information is not already displayed in the UI natively.

Yeah, big agree. I won’t pretend to know how difficult programming it in might be, but it absolutely should have been a priority - especially when they added the default arena frames in edit mode
the DRs already exist in the backend logic lol, all they have to do is show that in the UI with icons. literally a day 1 thing, that would be like asking them to add a health bar to the UI.
no excuse other than laziness or didn’t think the players would care that much

I mean look at that awful CD manager they attempted. Pretty much explains what we’ll get if they even tried.
Might be better for blizzard to just hire one of those prominent addon/weakauras creator to actually make a good one.
