No longer getting loot from Dr. Boom after multiple kills, can we no longer farm the event items on one single character anymore? I know the portals were changed but didn’t see anything about the loot.

No, you can still get loot multiple times per day.
So they say, I’ve tried with a bunch of alts and have never received loot from them.

Ive got every rare item on my main. Bag and hat yesterday. Everything else today.
do you the max number of green cards? if so that was your loot but cant get anymore.

No, I got the hearthstone and the mount both today.
I’ve had no problems so far. I was even afk during the boss spawn and when I came back I could still loot it(I’m guessing the boss must have hit me with something).
No, I’ve had 9 cards on this character the last two times I tried to kill it, 10 cards on the char I have parked in Val, and only 3 cards on the char I have logged out in Durotar.
I haven’t been able to loot Dr. Boom since the hotfix on any of the 3 chars, when I’ve been farming the event all day on those same exact characters

All I get are cards. I got the hat, but I’m notoriously unlucky so I figured it was that.
I saw someone get the achievement for completing their card collection but I definitely had a much slower day than yesterday.
My haul for the day was 1 bag and 1 of of six cards I still need (both from the same hour). (well, and a green wild card from each other kill)
From what I’ve been able to ascertain, it appears that your first kill of the day on your account is guaranteed to give you some rare items. However subsequent kills on your account will still give you a chance, but a much reduced chance.

Was it the first kill on your account or first kill on a particular character?
As far as I can tell a green card should be a guaranteed drop (although they don’t appear to serve any purpose as far as I can tell other than to prove you did indeed get loot)

Not the case for me. My first kill gave me nothing but cards. I tested it today and got nothing as well.
It might be a higher “chance”. The same with that good ol’

Just did my first of the day on my main and got nothing at all - not even one of the ‘green cards’. Was part of the kill on all the mobs not just Dr. Boom.

So far from what I gather, is that the loot table has been changed to be once per day per character. I tagged all 3 mobs and got my loot on this character earlier today, but now Dr. Boom isn’t dropping any loot at all for this character any more.
So it’s looking like we’re gonna have to farm out any other cosmetics we’re after on more than one single character.
