What’s that average time to download wow from scratch?
Not an easy question to answer as there is quite a scope in broadband speed. For example, due to my remote location I’m limited to a crappy ADSL1 connection on a congested exchange. a 50GB download could take me 20-30 hours to complete.

That would depend on your internet speed, and which version of the game you install. BFA, PTR and Classic do share some of the install, but each install has different sizes.

If you have it available on another machine, you can just copy it from there., then download and install the launcher.
