Came back from vanilla. Saw Faerlina had no alliance pop. Transferred to Sulfuras because my only other option was a dead pve server. I logged on for 5 minutes and was camped by level 70 horde in helfire while I tried to level. Players doing their best to kill the game with blizzard helping.
Save your sub. Don’t bother going there, it’s unplayable for ally. It’ll go 99% horde in the next couple months as you can’t quest or level as a lowbie at all. Saw others complaining about being ganked in their 40s.

Sulfuras has always been a crap hole, for Horde as well. The server is toxic. Vanilla classic was awful, Id be 1v2 alliance as horde would watch or run away. Stay far from that toxic server.
Haven’t had this experience. Have only been ganked a couple times while leveling and see a lot of alliance.
Can anyone confirm if wpvp is actually great on this realm? I’m done with the Grob queues.
This would have been a better option for you. Based on your post you do not want wpvp.

Why you even on a PvP server? You only like having an advantage on one sided mega servers?

Not really PvP when 70s gank low levels. It’s why PvP realms died in retail and it’s the main reason why most PvP servers are one sided.

I’ve recently came back too but this was my original server. I keep seeing people say that the population is quite balanced but when I look at the battle masters in shat the horde ones are swarmed and the allies are sparse. It’s not sufficient to say it’s actually unbalanced but makes me wonder.
70s camping low level players isn’t really PVP.

Go play a pve server then, simple as.
Been on this server a week now with a couple buddies and every single day we have huge wpvp fights against horde for the towers and have yet to lose a fight. It’s balanced and fun stop whining about pvp happening on a pvp server

Well the alliance had tons leave the server for a reason…
This is the true root of the issue a good number of players would like to keep pvp in arena’s and bg’s only. If that describes you a PvE realm would fit much better.

I’ll probably just make the switch from Grobb > Sulfuras (horde). I don’t think the mega servers will get better anytime soon and the actual release of WOTLK will be unplayable on them. I’m sure they’ll die down after a few months but release is prime time when me and friends wanna play. Ironically, I started Classic on Sulfuras.
EDIT: Nvm… they locked free Sulfuras transfers from Grob

Yeah who cares if that guy got 9 levels on you and full S4 gear, you should feel honored he’s killing you, and you got like 3 blue items it’s a fair fight.
