Don’t get me wrong, I think the one best suited for it should do it, but it’s not up to you. It’s up to them.
If they don’t want to do it you can’t force them. You can still win if they don’t, and if it causes them to lose more matches then you won’t be getting grouped with them once you climb and they fall in ranking.
Beyond that, the only way you can make sure you only play with players who play the way you want is to start your own premade group and do arena or battlegrounds. This way you can control who you play with.
People will play the way they want to and in a random queue that means there will be some people who won’t play the way you want them to play. If they are being matched with you I have bad news for you: that means that however they are playing, the game thinks they are generally playing as well as you if the game is matching you together.
Don’t do random queue modes if you don’t want to play with random players.

I dont get stuck with them on my mains. It’s the double digit IQ, LA server crew that you get paired with during placements on alts.

Not just that, but also server shaming and insulting the intelligence of other players.
