Did you know it was the developer intention to make Karazan a raid in Vanilla too. There are alot of developer intention s that never end up in the game.
its the same as with the hunter attack power mistake that they fixed. this mistake though would make the game slightly harder and so i guess blizzard wants whatever makes the game easier done asap

lets be real though. im right. 1 second tick was what the original designer intended. not this easy mode 2 second tick. they even talked to the original designer. they said, “yo original designer, was it supposed to be 1 second or 2 second tick?” and the original designer looked over at them, midway through eating his bagel and coffee, finished chewing, and said, “uh, for what fight?” they said “sapphiron” and he said “oh yeah 1 second” and the dev team ran back to their office and posted “so we decided to go with 2 second ticks”
