Really really really wish they had just gone with an older system of giving 2100 and 2400 players 1 armor piece and 1 weapon. The whole upgrade system doesn’t work; or…It costs money/wow tokens to work boosting in your favor.
I used to live in WoW non-stop spamming random battlegrounds. I don’t even play because the ilvl difference is asinine and unfair. I remember the days when playing random battlegrounds you would see gladiators at the top with 40 killing blows and you could be 2nd place with 29 wondering how in tf that guy has that many killing blows when you were absolutely pushing with efficiency leaving you in awe of that players skill (since his gear wasn’t any better than yours, it was the same ilvl in fact). Used to be fun when ilvl was equal footed.
To be fair, whether it asks for it or not, a lot of people who post thought out, constructive “I’m quitting” posts do get plenty of positive reactions. I see plenty of people telling them that they hope they find the game that makes them happy, etc, etc. If Blizzard is encouraging any “I quit” posts, it’s constructive ones.
Posts like the OP’s don’t do anything. You can see, clear as day, that he had no positive intentions with his post, and he immediately became defensive and aggressive to everyone. “Have fun with your dying game bud” was his 2nd post. Plus, just reading a few of his posts in here, it seems pretty clear that he has resubbed and then quit multiple times. So, this is likely just his norm.
You stated that you left for 3 whopping months to come back and see if there was some massive PvP/alt gearing overhaul. As if you couldn’t just find the answer to that (which was a very obvious no) on WoWhead, any Youtube content creator, or really anywhere at all that has WoW news. You definitely had to sub to see if some changes to gearing had occured.
Yes, and rich is what everyone wants to be, so I fail to see how that’s an argument.
People don’t like negativity if it’s about something they like. It’s common sense.
People only like negativity when it says something interesting or true.
