I like how you moved the goal post from true to “something interesting or true”. You’re almost getting my point (I’d have thought mentioning Murdoch was obvious enough).
Only thing obvious is your political biases, which by the way, don’t matter to this conversation.
But go ahead, keep believing that the critics of WoW are just haters and getting attention because it’s negative, not because what they say is true.

In my professional opinion… OP 100% logs into the game in the next 12 hours. Its written all over his post. He is hurting but not “done”. This is like when someone tells all of his friends he is over her but constantly drives by her house… seen it a million times.
When someone criticizes your game, they’re haters and haters get likes for no reason.
When someone quits your game and gives you reasons, attack them.

Won’t happen till 9.2 at least. That’s only if I see a change. I’m done being a battered player.
Sounds like game burn, take a year or wait til next expansion. It’s ok to take breaks, but if you feel if this game is no longer for you, than I wish you safe travels to your next journey.
Just make a mental note if you decide to delete your account you will loose all progress and will have to start from scratch. Unsubbing is ok.

I don’t see the problem with negative posts just as I don’t see a problem with overly positive posts. Its a forum where people blow smoke all day every day. Does it really matter? Some people haven’t left because they want to discuss reasons or vent about leaving.
Some people go quietly some people go loudly. I for one have played long enough that it takes a little bit of ramping down to quit completely. If some things change I’d love to come back.
Some people got sucked into a 6 month sub and have sort of quit but are still stuck and would rather complain on the forums.
anyways, it goes both ways, positive or negative, its a forum.
Some people get real emotional and don’t think clearly.
Just out of curiosity, why the hell was this post flagged? The guy didn’t say what a hundred other “I quit” posts say?

Honestly curious, if you are done with Wow, why not just be done with it? Why tell the forums about it? Are you trying to get someone to convince you not to leave?
I’m hoping someone from blizzard that matters will see this post and consider making changes.
