Is just unfair ok. Unfair. I play this game every f… day, have been paying you since legion monthly, yea MONTHLY! I play relatively high content and I am just sick of all the rng systems you use in the game just because is Unfair. Been doing Sark hero every single week since 10.1.5 and no leggo. I am currently 3.5k io, I need the leggo to keep pushing, I know is not mandatory but stillls a big plus. I need the leggo because i am sick of seeing evokers that are literally casuals having lego to farm minerals in dragon isles. Come on man, Rewards players who work hard.
You say you need it to progress, then proceed to say its not mandatory to progress, which is it? Also, rng sucks sometimes, there are people that have been trying to get Invincible weekly since Wrath was current, at least this leggo has some bad luck protection, no matter how minimal it is.
Edit: not saying I like the rng, it was awful, but it has been much worse

I think it needs a break point like any bad luck protection does. Like increase the % every week on a kill like it does, but then also drop a 1/10 fragment or something.
Blizz gets their RNG dopamine hits still and it you know, protects from being a "have not "and rewards people for the grind.
Invincible and everything else like that needs the same thing. Kill it 100 times on your account and no drop? Achievement X “Kill Lich King 100 times” rewards it. Players have been asking for it for a long time.
There needs to be an actual end point.

Bro come on… is not the same, m+ is about an competitive environment, and some people prefers good evokers with legendary because is a huge plus. I said is not mandatory because you can overlap the lack of leggo with skill, but doing everything harder than it is.
Imagine trying to equate a cosmetic item to a legendary gear piece that changes how you play in higher content.

If they did, this legendary wouldn’t have been released like this.
This Legendary is a carbon copy of a Legion Legendary, with the only difference being an expensive and annoying questline once you finally get lucky enough to get it
People need to not defend this, and Blizzard needs to fix the acquisition, even if that means adding a proper questline or making it a 100% drop chance

Sorry no. There’s a very large difference between a useless mount and a piece of gear that changes how you play high end content or even get invited to high end content.

- Devs have a solution in mind but don’t feel its time to announce yet, to get most appreciation / pats on the back for listening to player feedback.
- Devs are still discussing and mulling over the need to even make a change to acquisition.
- Devs will not make any changes and won’t bother to say “we’re not making changes” because they don’t care what players want.
