It certainly feels like it. There are still lots of bugs that need to be fixed. Queue times are still not acceptable. Server transfer is a great option for new people who joined bene with no community and now are facing queues, but its not a great option for people who have raided on bene through tbc and have a community of friends or a guild that they don’t want to risk moving. There was no queue before prepatch. The server was not locked on prepatch release. For several days, people were allowed to make characters, pay to boost them, and then because of the character they now are able to play on benediction. It was a direct result of not locking the server before the problem got to that point. I dont understand why its been over a week since anyone from the classic team said anything. Honestly, its similar to prepatch feeling where they pushed out buggy content and then went afk for two weeks. I believe they are probably all working on dragonflight, with only a few small amount of individuals actually handling classic right now. The queue times are to the point where for global release of raids guilds will have to either pug or not raid. Some of these guilds I agree should transfer, but for me its the new ones that should move. I dont understand why they wont make another server and just merge it with bene as spillover. Like can anyone help me understand how this is the best service we can possibly get. The nerve of the blizzard team to then turn it around and say its the customers fault, blame the customer, I have never heard or seen it. It is astounding. We are reaching xfinity level customer service. IDK man ima keep playing but leaves a bad taste in my mouth when a multibillion dollar company doesn’t even care, and doesn’t even try. Just disgusts me how far blizzard has fallen from the world famous gaming company to what it is now. You cant even talk to a real gm anymore. No actual way of speaking to an actual employee of the company. Its just dog. Look I understand it its peak capitalism. Maximize profits with the least amount of employees and infrastructure you can possibly get away with, and here we are. Failure after failure, and the only reason players are still here is because of what game developers did 10 years ago, not because of the current team.
