Does the wow token run concurrent with a subscription?

so if you use a WoW Token you have bought off of AH, does that run concurrent with an active subscription? with my “support” ticket I got marked as “Answered” but it was far from being answered, I got a blurb about my subscription. nothing about why the token was ran concurrent with my WoW time. @Rithnys was my gamemaster, so am I just SOL with the token. how to fix this issue? to be clear, my understanding was the WoW token could be bought, and it would extend my time, not run at the same time with my subscription.

Let’s say that your game time was set to run out July 4th, it would add 30 days to the end of that. If you were on a reoccurring subscription that is still active, the subscription would not bill until closer to the end of those 30 days from the token.

Does that help?

And to be clear, it’s not concurrent with your subscription, it’s added to the end of it.

They do not run together. One is active or the other, not both at the same time.

So looking at your account you had a 3 month subscription purchased 2/6/25 00:42 UTC and kept your WoW license active until 5/6/25 00:42 UTC.

You purchased a WoW Token from the Auction House 4/24/25 03:28 UTC and consumed it, adding the 30 days of game time to the license, but that didn’t kick in until 5/6/25 at 00:42 UTC. It ran out 6/5/25 at 00:42 UTC.

At that point your 3 month subscription should have been charged, but it looks like the purchase failed. You might want to check your purchase history and see if you need to update your card. It’s usually an expiration date.
